This Sunday making JAM!!!!

Alright everyone this Sunday is the JAM. Here is the address to Dorothys house since it is a nice place and has a kitchen that we can fit in. This Sunday I ask that you bring your own mason jars and the cost of the supplies will be about 10.00. I will only charge for cost and that is a ruff estimate. Please email me if you are coming so I can get enough supplies. Here is Dorothys address. The Inman Motorworks Lofts (technically the street number is 834 DeKalb Ave. Unit G)

Coming from your place
- take McClendon/Euclid through L5P (past the Variety and everything else) into Inman Park. -Euclid merges onto Edgewood.
-after the merge take the first left onto Spruce (if you pass Waddell or Krog, you have gone too far)
-the Motorworks are on the left side on Spruce between Edgewood and DeKalb. Just park anywhere on the street.
- from the call box by the gate, the code is #5637 (# is necessary) or you can dial me (Dorothy Love)
-there are 3 walkways to get to the units and I am in the last one (just past the dumpster). it is 834 Unit G, down the 3rd walkway it is first door on the left. Call or email ann with questions.

HI! I have a friend that is going to show us how to make Jam. He can not teach us until the 10th of December. We will be having craft group that day and it will be at Dorothys house since my kitchen is so darn small. Email me for her address. She lives close to me so It will not be much of a drive. This Sunday the Atlanta Craft Mafia Sale 12-5 in Decatur and the Solarium. I will be there shopping and getting ideas. Hope to see you

Future Craft Group Projects soaps and jams

Hello current and future crafty pirates!!!!
Last group we decided ahead of time about a couple of things we will be making in future groups. November 19th we are going to be making soaps (you may bring things like little plastic toys and other small nick nacks to add to your soap, if you want to). Great for giving as gifts. On December 3rd there is a local craft fair that I will be attending but we will still have craft group. 3pm-? Sunday the 3rd of December we will be making JAMS and JELLIES. My famous friend Dewberry from the show HELLS KITCHEN will be stopping by and instructing that group. It should be a blast he is a really fun guy and we are lucky to have him coming over. Please feel free to email me with any questions. As usual I will have food and drink. Coming next time organic hot apple cider and hot teas too! Keep warm, come over and create with us. Just in time for the holiday season. Because these 2 project will cost me a few dollars I ask that you donate 5.00 each to cover the costs. I had a great time today and I hope you all did too! I will soon be posting pictures of our finished skirts. Crafty Pirates group is moving to sunday. I thought it would be a better day for people to come over. This way it will be in the afternoon and those of us that work weekdays will not be coming to the group tired. I am not sure on the time yet but I will keep you posted. Craft Group

I would love to expand the craft group. My house is a little small but I would like to have a few more people come over. I also would like to have it from 7pm-10:30pm. I have a new job and I work until 6:30pm so I thought right after work will work for me. Also you can come over anytime between these times. Next group we are going to work on learning how to do embroidery. I am not sure how but I know Jayne knows how and will be willing to help out. All you need to bring is hoops, floss, a needle and something to embroider. Email me with any questions. I am going to post the group on a few websights in order to have more people join us. Feel free to bring a friend over also. I have room for about 6 people once the table is cleaned off and chairs pulled out.

I had a blast thankx for coming everyone. We will be having more crafts in a couple of weeks. The buttons where a gude sucess and everyone would like to do them even more. Seems like button making group than anything. Which is fine because it is fun! Email me with any questions. I am going to bulk order more button supplies. It will be 3 cents a button which is really cool if you sell them for 1.00 that is a huge profit. Ashley and I are going to little 5 points on sat to sell a bunch of buttons to people that are hanging out drinking and walking around. Anyone is welcome to join us. ann

I have decided to attend the craft fair and skip being in it this time. Usually I would go through with it but I am working to much and getting to stressed about it, it is supose to be a fun thing and lately has not been. I am sorry but if anyone would like to attend with me I would love it. It should be fun. There are other festivals around town that I am going to try to get us up to par for but this one is to rushed. I have finally gotten a pattern together for the hip pack and it is pretty cool.

Please tell your friends because I have a huge beautiful space to use with a bid vintage bar and lots of space. Ok so we have decided to move craft night to my apartment. I live at 1338 mclendon ave ne . Apt #2. We will have the next meet up at my place. We will have beer and wine also I would love to make it a sort of potluck thing. I will make some foods but if you would like chips and such feel free to bring something to share with everyone. The next meet up we can go through my craft stuff and decide on some good project for the next coupld meet ups. We can also sewing somthing fun. I will figure out some sort of fun little sewing project. I think having it here will be fun. I have enough sitting room and good music. Email me with any ideas you have about the meet up. Hi Crafty Pirates. As you can See I had to change the Blog yet agian. This time I just added THE to the blog title. The other blog is not letting me add posts for some reason. So next group we will be making books. Please check out the other blog for book list supplies. Also I would like to know if you all would be interesed in having the group at my house eventually. This way we could bring food and drinks and it would be a place we could play music, have wine etc. Please let me know if this would work for you all and maybe we could start it at my place in March.
